How to log in to the platform after I get username and password?
From the main menu on the site you have to click on “E-store” than from the drop-down menu you have to select “Business customers”.
A new page will be opened, where you have to select language and enter your username and password to access the system.

How can I get extended warranty for ELMARK products?
ELMARK customers can get up to 7 years of extended warranty by filling out a registration form up to 14 days after purchase.
How to file a product claim? What is the processing time of the claim?
In case of product claim, please log into ELMARK`s platform and use your credentials for access. From the menu, please choose “Claims”. Within 7 business days you will receive our position about product claim.
